Reviews and Ratings
My stay was really pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and the whole venue was perfectly clean and tidy. There was a great selection of good quality produce available for breakfast, which was a nice touch. While the new block I stayed in was excellent, the surrounding area of the Foundation wasn't the best for walking around at night.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully clean with a comfy bed, tea, coffee, lovely ensuite, and a gorgeous view of the gardens, making me extremely happy. However, our room lacked air conditioning, which was a bit disappointing. The location was great for exploring London, close to transport links, though there was some traffic noise to be aware of. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff and convenient luggage storage. The dining options were limited but of good quality, and the facilities were fantastic overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, albeit a bit noisy due to its proximity to the lift and having overly bright lights in the morning, offered a nice view of the garden. The service was friendly and accommodating, but there was a small incident with a staff member being rude. The location turned out to be unexpectedly lovely, especially with the Yurt Café nearby, although there were some safety concerns after dark. The dining experience was delightful, with a good variety despite the lack of soy milk for lactose-intolerant guests. Overall, the stay was pleasant with some room for improvement.
The hotel is a mixed bag - offering clean and comfortable rooms but with some issues like a stuffy dining room. The service is friendly and helpful though, pointing me to a fantastic local Turkish restaurant. The location, despite feeling moody in the evenings, surprises with lovely gardens and a cozy Yurt Cafe. The dining experience is a highlight with a wide range of options enjoyed in the unique Yurt cafe setting.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms, though a bit basic, were fine and reasonably priced, overlooking a peaceful courtyard. The service was nice and helpful, with accommodating staff. The location was a plus, being conveniently close to the DLR station. The dining experience offered great quality and variety for all dietary needs.
